One study of 30 patients on nasal glutathione dosed at either 300mg or 600mg daily in three divided doses vs placebo over a three month period found significant improvement in UPDRS scores in the treatment arms over placebo while other measures of toxicity such as cell counts, liver enzymes, creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, and urinalysis were not significantly different between placebo and treatment groups
